Compare creator performance and track campaign costs with Wooly. Review available campaign metrics to understand results and plan your next collaboration.
Creator campaign analytics on Wooly track creator performance and campaign costs from the work and the payments themselves: who applied, who delivered on time, what was approved, what each deliverable cost, and, for affiliate campaigns, the clicks, conversions and revenue each campaign drove.

Content campaign metrics
The Collabs report shows what you paid including Wooly’s fee, what went to creators, what is held right now and what was returned to you.
A funnel follows each collab from applications to hired, work handed in, approved and paid.
How the work went: delivered on time, needed changes, your review time, average per creator, approval rate and cost per deliverable.
A By collab table lists applicants, hired spots, approved work and amounts paid for every collab, with CSV export.
Affiliate campaign metrics
Affiliate reports show clicks, conversions, revenue, conversion rate and earnings per click, compared with the previous period, plus cost per conversion and return on spend.
Collab spend is shown separately and kept out of affiliate return on spend.
What Wooly measures and when
Figures come straight from Wooly’s own records and are worked out when you open the report, for date ranges from today to all time.
Wooly does not collect social views, reach or likes. Posted links are checked automatically after 7 and 30 days to confirm they are still live.
Creator Campaign Analytics, explained
Which creator campaign metrics can I track? For collabs: amount paid, paid to creators, held and returned, applications, hires, approvals, on-time delivery, revision rate, review time, approval rate and cost per deliverable. For affiliate campaigns: clicks, conversions, revenue, conversion rate and earnings per click.
How can I compare performance across creators? Each applicant shows their track record on Wooly: jobs done, on-time delivery and approved work. Reports compare collabs side by side, and affiliate reports break results down by campaign and by creator activity.
How are campaign costs shown? Every collab shows what was secured, released, returned and paid, with Wooly’s fee listed separately. Reports add cost per deliverable, and affiliate reports show cost per conversion and return on spend.
Does Wooly track views and reach on social posts? No. Wooly reports on the work, the money and affiliate clicks and sales. It does not collect social views, reach or likes; it checks that approved post links are still live after 7 and 30 days.
How often is the data updated? Reports are calculated from Wooly’s records each time you open them, so they reflect the latest approvals, payments and conversions. Affiliate figures include conversions you have not reviewed yet.
