Search filters
- Search creators by name or handle, then filter by niche, platform, country, audience size and invitation status.
- Platforms include TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, LinkedIn, X, Twitch, Pinterest, blogs, websites and community channels such as Discord and Reddit.
- Audience size is the range a creator reports, from under 1,000 to over 1M.
Creator profiles and past work
- Each result shows the creator’s niches, country, content offers, platforms, audience range and level.
- A profile adds the bio, language, channels and links, bounty wins and join date. A creator’s public page shows collabs completed, work delivered on time, work approved and their collaborations on Wooly.
From search to invitation
- Invite a creator to one of your live collabs, start a new invite-only collab with them already picked, or invite them to an affiliate campaign on a paid plan.

- How can I find creators for my brand? Open Find creators in your brand workspace, search by name or filter by niche, platform, country and audience size, then open a profile and invite the creator to a collab.
- Can I search creators by niche and platform? Yes. Choose from more than 80 niches and platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters and podcasts. Each list only shows the values listed creators actually use.
- What should I review before choosing a creator? Check their niches and platforms against your brief, their audience range and country, the content they offer, and their record on Wooly: collabs completed, work delivered on time and work approved.
- Which creators appear in search? Active creators with a complete profile who switched on “Let brands find me”. Creators’ email addresses and earnings are never shown.
- Do I need a plan to search creators? Creator search opens once you choose a plan or complete your brand profile. Collab invites work on any plan; affiliate campaign invites come with a paid plan.
