Manage Creator Campaigns from Application to Approval
Manage creator applications, conversations, submissions, and content approvals in one place with Wooly’s creator campaign management tools.
- Creator campaign management on Wooly keeps every step of a collab in one place: applications, messages, submissions, revisions and approvals. Brands and creators each see the same job from their side, so nobody has to chase updates across email and spreadsheets.
- Create a free brand or creator account to get started. No credit card required.
One collab, every stage
- A collab moves from Draft to Awaiting payment, then Live while it takes applications, In progress while creators work, and Closed when it is done. A brand’s first collab gets a quick review by Wooly before it goes live.
- Each creator moves from Applied to Shortlisted to Hired, or is declined. Hired work goes In progress, then To review, Changes requested if needed, Approved and Paid.
Conversations
- Each hired creator has one message thread with the brand per collab, for text and links. Contact details such as emails and phone numbers are hidden in messages to keep the work on Wooly.
Submissions and approvals
- Creators submit up to 10 links, a note and an optional materials link, either before posting for review or after posting with links to the published posts.
- Brands check the work against the brief, then choose Approve & pay or Request changes. Revision rounds are set from 0 to 3, two by default.
- Work the brand does not review is approved automatically after 7 days. Either side can report a problem, which puts the work on hold until Wooly’s team decides.
Creator Campaign Management, explained
- How do I manage multiple creator collaborations? Every collab has its own page with tabs for overview, applicants, submissions, messages, invites, the agreement and money. Your Collabs list and report show what is waiting for your review across all of them.
- How do creators submit campaign work? From the collab in their workspace, creators add up to 10 links and a note, plus a materials link when asked. Depending on the brief, they submit content for review before posting or links to their published posts after.
- How do brands review and approve content? Open the Submissions tab, check the work against the brief, and choose Approve & pay or Request changes. Approving releases the creator’s money; work left unreviewed for 7 days is approved automatically.
- Can brands and creators message each other? Yes. Once a creator is hired, they and the brand share a message thread for that collab. Messages hold text and links; files are shared through links.
- What happens if something goes wrong? Either side can choose Report a problem. The work goes on hold, the automatic approval stops, and Wooly’s team decides whether to release, return or split the money.
